Medical Care Coordination
iCARE4U functions as the "captain" of the medical team created to ensure a continuity of care and achieve the safest and best possible result for each patient. It is Dr. Cohen's responsibility to open and maintain a channel of communication through which appropriate information is shared by all of the participating medical professionals. He reviews all of the doctors' procedures and paperwork and monitors each treatment phase to ensure that it is in keeping with the patient care plan that has been put in place.
Creating a secure Electronic Health File is another way in which iCARE4U can provide value—and piece of mind—to its patients. The file houses all test results, a comprehensive medical history and anything else relevant to short- or long-tem care that Dr. Cohen can easily access and/or transmit to a doctor's office. Most importantly, it is Hippa-compliant in every respect and is backed up and stored in a safe and never-to-be-erased format.
